Beanie's Story

Beanie got his name after a pretty unforgettable rescue when he was found in a parking lot with his entire head stuck inside a can of beans. Somehow, even after that rough start, he's turned into a spirited, energetic, loving boy.
He's playful, curious, and very affectionate. Beanie loves chasing a laser pointer and absolutely destroying his plushies with enthusiastic bunny kicks, but when playtime is over, he just wants to be close to you. He'll curl up next to you, purr nonstop, and follow you from room to room like your tiny, devoted shadow.
Beanie is the kind of cat who makes you feel special. He rubs against your legs, checks in on whatever you're doing, and is always happy to soak up attention. He also happens to be very food-motivated, which means treats are basically a fast track to his heart.
He's been groomed, treated for fleas and worms, and is currently getting drops for a mild eye infection. He's been neutered, vaccinated, and fully tested. Aside from that, he's healthy, happy, and more than ready to start his next chapter.
Beanie has already survived a lot, and now he's just looking for a safe, loving forever home with enough space where he can finally settle in and be loved.

Friends of Normie's Adoption Policy
We start with an application. If the application is approved, we then call the applicant. We do a phone interview that lasts anywhere between 30 minutes to an hour. If another phone call is needed, we may do multiple. If those two steps go well, we then do a home check and then a supply check to make sure the applicant meets our standards of care. If an applicant passes those steps, we then will set up a meet and greet and see how the applicant does with that kitty. If that step goes well, they are then cleared for adoption and are able to take the kitty home in a carrier (not cardboard box).
