I've been through a lot on my life. Most of which, only I will ever know. I eventually found my way to a foster home with Celestial Zoo and my very long, arduous journey back to health began. I was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism which caused all sorts of problems. I went from five pounds at my lowest weight to 13 pounds at my highest. Now I'm a healthy, maybe a little bit more on the chonkier side, 12 pounds. After an entire year and many setbacks, I was able to get cured of my hyperthyroidism. YAY! Unfortunately, one of the setbacks was a severe inner ear infection. Even though I am cured of that too, it did damage my ability to balance. So now I sometimes fall over when I try to scratch my ears and have a cute head tilt but this doesn't stop me from living my best life. During my recovery, I was also diagnosed with beginning stage kidney failure so I'm on a prescription diet that I will need to be on for as long as I live. One of my favorite things to do is eat (maybe a little too much), so I don't have any problems there. And MAN I love me some TREATS! I also love cuddling with my humans and spending time with them as long as they are not young kids; they need to be old enough to understand and respect my boundaries. I'm the king of my castle, the big dog on campus, the Master and Commander, which means I'm not a fan of other cats and definitely no dogs. Also, there is a slight possibility I will disagree with your decoration choices and remake your couches with my own vision. But who doesn't love art? I may be older, and my fur not shiny anymore, I may be loud sometimes, and have a disagreeable personality quirk, but I am worth it. I will make it up to you in cuddles, laughs, and tons of love. If you are willing to give me a chance at a forever home in my twilight years, please fill out an application. P.S. My belly is ALWAYS a trap. You WILL get the angry foot and nobody wants that.
