His raven-black fur is complimented by a chic white bat-shaped waistband on his tummy.<br/><br/>While his journey hasn't always been paved with catnip and cuddles—life on the streets was a harsh reality, leaving him cautious and wary at first—through the kindness of a dedicated foster (then feeder), he decided that he wanted to be loved by people. Quite suddenly, he bonked her hand with his head, seeking affection one evening when she was putting down his food. The gratuity for her pets was sonorous purrs and the softest silky fur that feels like mink. <br/><br/>A quirky, sweet guy, Augustus is quick to purr and doesn’t even mind being carried so long as it’s accompanied by cuddles (within reason, I mean, c’mon). He will make the most affectionate companion to his person, and he would adore kitty-siblings, too! His foster spotted him playing in her backyard on many occasions with other younger kitties (potentially littermates who were Siamese, and might explain his charmingly crossed eyes). He just loves a good kitty tube—and having loads of fun with his foster siblings.<br/><br/>And he loves a good conversation; he's always up for a discussion about your day, the news, sports, just about anything.
