Meet Angel

Once Angel was able to trust, she was very loving, following her foster around, especially with wet food at breakfast and dinner and treats. She loves playtime with her friends, as well as her human.

Angel plays with wand toys, laser pointers, balls and small stuffed toys, small springs, and scratching posts in all forms. She would do well with a companion to keep her company.

CHARACTERISTICS: Part of Bonded Pair?, Happy, Frisky, Active, Goofy / Crazy / Hilarious / Silly, Fun, Alert, Confident, Independent, Outgoing, Good-natured, Friendly, Affectionate, Sweet / Personable, Loving but independent (on their own terms), Likes Rubbing, Likes Being Scratched, Particularly Food-motivated

If I was on a dating app, my pickup line would be: Do you want to play?

In a human companion, I’m looking for: Attention, playtime, and treats - especially Churu!

In an animal companion (house-mate), I'm looking for: Another feline to play with and keep me company.

Lots of people say I love to: Find a cozy spot and take a nap.

Despite my less-than-ideal start in life, I have flourished in FAN's care and am now: Fabulous. I've eaten nutritional food, received medical care, and live in a very comfortable and loving environment.

It’s important to set reasonable expectations when bringing any new cat home. We offer the Rule of Threes.
3 DAYS: To decompress
3 WEEKS: To get familiar with your house and its routines
3 MONTHS: To settle in and feel like they’re home

Adding a new animal to your household can be a whirlwind of an experience for many owners. There is a lot of change happening for your new cat, so it’s not uncommon for the cat’s behavior to change accordingly. They may be acting in ways you’ve never seen before, and this can be discouraging.

These “rules” are estimated marker points where you may see behavioral changes from your new cat.
SEE https://www.feralaffairs.org/faq/ to learn how long it may take to acclimate your cat to their new home.

All our adoptable cats and kittens are:
— spayed / neutered
— vaccinated (rabies & FVRCP)
— microchipped, if they get lost (and found), they can easily be scanned and reunited with you!
— tested for FIV & FeLV diseases
— parasite-free (dewormer & flea prevention)
— provided additional veterinarian visits, if needed for any health issues
— conveyed to you with all medical records at time of adoption
