Hello there, my name is Angel! I am a strong-willed young gal who loves to chit-chat and let staff know what I want and when I want it! I was brought to the shelter as a surrender when my owners could no longer afford to care for me, so I am searching for my forever family. I know I am ready for a new home where my handling issues are respected and worked on through diligence and compassion. Since being at the shelter I've been known to be very vocal anytime of day for treats and food; I love a good meal! Whenever I get uncomfortable, I do tend to let out a little warning and then hiss to let people know that I need some space. However, I do so with my tongue out, making me look extra cute as I try to stand my ground. Some of my other passions include laying in my cozy bed looking pretty and chasing around those darn laser pointers! I would do best in a home with adults and kids old enough to respect my boundaries while I warm up to a new environment. I would prefer to live alone but having another cat friend in the house that will respect my space wouldn't be too bad. Will you consider welcoming me into your family?
