Meet Amelia
Biggest Flirt could only be Amelia! She adores her foster dad and insists on sleeping with him every night either directly on his chest or tucked into his arms.
Amelia is the most socialized of her group. She was the first the explore her foster home, first to play with each toy, and first to sleep in bed. She loves to chase wand toys and play with kitty puzzles.
Amelia is so gorgeous. Two-toned green/gold almond eyes, big and wide set. Beautiful spots and stripes. Toe socks and Neopolitan toe beans. She’s very chatty with a unique, singsong meow. She is almost 7 months old and a shorthaired kitten.
Amelia came to NWAC undersocialized, so her adopter will have to understand that she may need more time to adjust to her new home and family than other kittens. It took about a week in foster care before she began to fully relax, and is still getting more comfortable every day. That said, she does love people and will gladly accept pets and rubs on day one.
Amelia can be a little jumpy with loud noises and fast movement so she would be best suited for a quieter home, but would be fine with respectful children.
Please email jessicathompsondvm@gmail.com for an application and more information.
The $125 adoption fee Includes spay/neuter, microchip, worming and flea treatment, current vaccines for their age, and a vet exam. Negative test for FIV and FeLV.
Northwest Animal Companions is an all-volunteer, non-profit foster-home based rescue. 100% of your adoption fee goes to provide for the medical and physical needs of the pets in our care.
