Addy's Story
If you would like an application or have any questions, please send an email including your cell phone number to us at:
info@ht-ac.org
Our emails sometimes end up in your spam folder, so if we don't hear back from you we will text a link to our application or an answer to your question to the phone number provided.

Addy is currently staying in a foster home in Madison with her sister Charlene and two dogs and three other cats. She was rescued as a kitten born outside in March of 2024, along with her siblings. She was not used to living with people, so she stayed in a loving foster home with experience socializing community cats, and made a lot of progress in the year that she spent there. The staff at Pet Supplies Plus in Wethersfield also worked with her and gave her a lot of attention to help her learn to trust people other than only her foster mom, and now she's finally ready for adoption. It truly takes a village to fully socialize community cats.

Addy seems to enjoy the company of other cats, but might be nervous and uncomfortable around young children. She is shy at first, but is very sweet and enjoys attention after she settles in. She needs an owner with patience, and would do best in a quiet, calm household. She would love to be adopted as a pair with her sister Charlene.

Addy is 2 years old, and has been spayed, microchipped, vaccinated for rabies/distemper, and tested negative for FIV/FeLV. Her adoption fee is $250.
