Rose Finch was rescued in New Haven with a litter of kittens. She was an amazing mom in her foster home and came to the shelter after those kittens were ready for adoption.<br/><br/>Rose Finch was nervous at first and was a bit of an escape artist in her first cage at BCC. She's now so comfortable and very forward seeking out human attention! She's a lap cat!<br/><br/>She would do well as an only cat and could also love with cat friends with a slow introduction.<br/><br/>We love those big, beautiful eyes!

We have cats and kittens ready for forever homes. Many of them have suffered very sad beginnings. Please open your heart and home to a homeless kitty! All of our cats and kittens have been: Medically checked by a veterinarian Tested for Feline Leukemia and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus Treated for parasites Vaccinated against Distemper and Rabies (over 3 months of age) Spayed/Neutered Adoptions take place by appointment. Adopters will need an approved application in order to adopt. Your adoption fee helps defray only a portion of BCC’s total costs to foster, feed, provide for, and medically attend to the cats and kittens we rescue and shelter.
