Roland 34295: Roland is a 1 year old Rooster in need of a forever home. Roland came to the shelter as a stray so we do not know how he will interact if introduced to other chickens. When he came to Howard County Animal Control and Adoption Center, he was underweight and weak. Since being with us he has perked up and is eating well.
