Hello, I am Rocky and I am a 39 year old male Blue & Gold Macaw. I came to BNW several years ago and was adopted, but my new owners had a change in living situation and couldn't keep me. I haven't told anyone about my early years, so no one really knows why I plucked my feathers, but I am a very happy bird now. I don't seem to be plucking any feathers now, but they may not all grow back. I come out of my cage with a perch and get along pretty well with people. I can be super sweet when I like someone.
