Hermione w/Freddie

9/15/24 Hermione left Kenny to marry Freddie who, in her defense, did work hard to very gently woo & sing her into joining him. They are a happy, striking couple.<br/><br/>UPDATE: Hermione has married a very handsome gentleman pigeon named Kenny & though their conditions are different, their needs are the same. Both need a quiet home where they are safe from other pets or birds who would bully them. <br/><br/>Hermione is a proud feral pigeon lady who was living wild & free in the SF Haight District. She was doing great! Strong, sleek & perfect until 12/15/21 when her human neighbor saw that she had torticollis (twisting neck, also called star gazing) & motor control problems (stumbling, unable to pick up food). Hermione was caught & brought into loving supportive care for what may be paramyxovirus (PMV) or may not. After 6 weeks without improvement, she transferred in as a Palomacy medical foster. She's doing fairly well (mostly self-feeding) but still very affected by the head-twisting & dis-coordination.
