Herman's Story

**Herman is not at UPAWS**

Meet herman!
We are looking for someone who is experienced in the bird industry who’s able to meet and understand his needs. He has not been around other birds but maybe that’s something he would enjoy. He’s not a fan of little kids so would do better with older people who are able to respect his boundaries as he will get snippy if you cross them or does something that he doesn’t like. He likes to spend his day out of his cage looking out the window on his swing and being with his people and will get very loud when he can’t see you around. He does have a bedtime lol around 8 o’clock and will start getting crabby as that time approaches and likes when he can get his cage covered and is in a quiet environment so he can feel safe and sleep peacefully. He adores bathing and will shower with you if you let him. He’s also very interested in any food he sees you eating and will most likely come over for a bite and he enjoys eating his fruits and veggies(as long as there safe). He will need somewhere with no predatory pets as that will make him feel unsafe and leave him feeling stressed. He’s overall a great bird and is very young and has a long time to go so he is a commitment you have to be willing to take but it is so worth it for this boy. Rehoming fee is $150.

If you are interest in Herman, please reach out to:
Sophia: (906) 250-3674 or sofiabeaudry69@icloud.com
