These 2 rats were surrendered by a local teen. The boys are 8 month old brothers. 1 with a grey head and 1 pure white with black eyes. They are a bit overweight, hopefully with a good diet and treat restriction they could cut back some weight and live a nice healthy life of maybe another year or 2! Theyre handleable but nervous. I wouldn't recommend these rats as children's pets. They need a calmer home to decompress in. They've been preventatively treated for possible mites and respiratory sensitivities. Their condition is overall good. Needing to get some new pictures now that they are cleaner than they were at surrender. Adoption fee for the pair will be $30. Rat experience is not required but we will need to discuss husbandry to ensure you are fully prepared for proper care.
