Meet Tagalong

Tag is a female Syrian hamster who came to us from another rescue in California where she lived for a few months without being adopted. Since there were already several hamsters being transported to us by Scotty of Scotty's Animals, he asked if she could "tag" along, which is how she got her name.

Tag is already a little superstar! She's featured in 2 YouTube videos but unfortunately in both she was extremely scared and as a result not her sweet self. She has overcome nicely during her first 2 weeks of being here in the rescue though. The next step for Tag would be for her perfect match to take over her care.

Her perfect match would be someone who is experienced with female Syrians and knows how to earn their trust. She'll need to be in a large cage that can accommodate her excellent burrowing behaviors with 10+ inches of bedding.
