Everyone, meet Sir Shelley! He's a guy who knows what he wants. He came in with Oscar, though they are separated out of precaution, as they were bickering more frequently right before they came into our care. Shelley can have a bit of an attitude, and is very happy to tell you all about it. He can be a bit fussy if kept out of his cage for too long, but won't hold it against you if you compensate him with yummy treats. We're not sure how he is around children, and we recommend you bring them if you're interested in opening up your home to him!
