Mojave's Story

Say hello to Mojave 🤎

Mojave is one of three female gerbils surrendered to Little Critter Crew after their owner was displaced.

Unfortunately, the girls experienced a serious falling out, and attempts to introduce them to younger gerbils have not been successful so far.

Mojave, in particular, is incredibly friendly, outgoing, and active. She loves to stay busy and would thrive in a home that can provide plenty of enrichment and interaction.

Because gerbils are social animals, we would ideally love for Mojave to join a home with other female gerbils and an adopter experienced and patient enough to do slow, careful introductions. However, her future family would also need to be prepared to keep her as a single gerbil if bonding does not work out.

We would also consider adopting Mojave out as a single gerbil, with the hope of potentially bonding her with younger gerbils in the future if the right opportunity comes along.

As a solo gerbil, Mojave will need lots of attention, enrichment, and interaction to help keep her happy and engaged. She has so much personality and is ready to find a home that will cherish her. ✨

Read our care guide and apply to adopt here:

https://littlecrittercrew.org/gerbil-care-guide/
