While most hamsters sleep all day, Mama comes popping out if anyone sets foot in her room. She loves to be talked to and will spin around while standing on her hind legs to show her excitement. Mama can be quite nippy when you approach her in her enclosure. She was not handled much before coming to the rescue. Her foster mom is working on this habit. She is so fun to watch though.
