Brave, curious, and always the first one at the cage door to greet you, she loves checking out new toys and climbing to the highest perch. She is friendly and loves to be pet & she has the softest fur.<br/><br/>Honey is the cuddler and a gentle soul. She is very timid and likes to be pet inside her cage. She will let you pick her up but needs a very calm environment and will need time to warm up to new people. She prefers to find a cozy fleece hammock or a shoulder to snooze on once shes comfortable with you.<br/><br/>Their ideal forever home includes a tall, well-ventilated wire cage with plenty of hammocks, ropes, hiding spots, and foraging toys to keep their busy minds active. They will need daily play time out of their cage in a supervised, rat-proofed space where they can explore and bond with their humans.<br/><br/>Maple and Honey are highly food-motivated! They will quickly learn tricks or come running when called if there is a bit of fresh veggie, a healthy seed, or a tiny smear of baby food involved. These sisters are clean, affectionate, and full of life. They are ready to bring a massive amount of joy into a home that understands just how wonderful, intelligent, and rewarding pet rats truly are.<br/><br/><br/>These rats are being fostered in Rochester, NY by Rescued Treasures Pet Adoptions.
