Chorizo's Story
Chorizo spent the last couple of months in foster with one of our staff and we learned a lot about her in that time. Chorizo does quite well with fleece bedding/floor in her enclosure. Chorizo had a "kitchen" box and did most of her peeing and pooping in there, especially since that is where the hay loft was stationed. She likes to go up and down a ramp and enjoys watching her humans. She loves her veggies and will chirp for her foster human when she is expecting her fresh veggie delivery.

She was not worried about the resident dogs and watched them from her enclosure without running away.

Chorizo was not overtly social with her humans in foster. She took a long time to warm up and still runs away from being touched most of the time. She did make progress in foster. We are hoping being paired with a patient family and with a settling in period in her new home that Chorizo will enjoy interactions with her humans. Please be patient with her and let her come around at her own pace and you will learn what interactions she enjoys. Primary Color: Tri Color Weight: 2lbs
