What is Warwick Valley Humane Society’s adoption process?

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A PET INQUIRY FORM REQUEST ONLY. You are welcome to download and complete our adoption applications from our website at www.wvhumane.org. Our adoption policy is to process applications first and then set up individual appointments. You can either fax it to us at 845-987-8995 or scan and email it back to us. Once processed, we will contact you to set up an appointment. If you have any questions, you are welcome to speak with our adoption counselor, Kelly, who can be reached Monday through Friday between 12 and 3 at 845-986-2473. Thank you.
