Carmela is a five month old female guinea pig that was surrendered to us with a fractured leg. Her owners were unable to afford the vet bills so they surrendered her to the rescue She had been purchased from a pet store with another little female piggy so for the past month and a half in recovery she has been living as a single Her foster mom definitely thinks she would like to be with another piggy or she would need a person or family that can spend a lot of time with her She is very sweet and loves to just snuggle in her little basket on your lap or next to you. Carmella just had her last vet appointment today and x-ray and she is completely healed and cleared for adoption. This is a very nice piggy and would do well with love and gentle handling.
