He was named after the Buttermilk Old Fashioned pastry from Coffee Lab Roasters — and while we can't promise he's quite as delicious, we CAN promise he's significantly fuzzier. <br/><br/>Buttermilk Old Fashioned and his siblings were rescued locally and named after some of our favorite drinks and treats from Coffee Lab Roasters, a special stop that has become part of so many of our rescue journeys. <br/><br/>Now this sweet little pastry is ready for the best part of his story... finding his forever home! <br/><br/>Like all hamsters, Buttermilk Old Fashioned may be tiny, but he deserves a big life filled with plenty of space to explore, deep bedding for burrowing, an appropriately sized wheel, lots of enrichment, yummy snacks, and a family ready to give him all the love and care he deserves. <br/><br/>Coffee Lab may have the original Buttermilk Old Fashioned, but we think our fuzzy version is pretty hard to beat. <br/><br/>Come meet this sweet little treat and see if he's the missing ingredient in your family!
