Babies's Story
A family of sugar gliders was recently surrendered to Mending Souls rescue. The breeding pair had 1 set of twins already (4 months old) and mom was pregnant with more on the way. Mom and Dad will not be available until the newest babies are weaned and all males get neutered. BUT these twins are old enough to branch out and find their own families!

Sugar gliders MUST be kept with companions. Due to the difficulty that owners sometimes face in finding a companion for their solo glider, I am offering these babies to be adopted separately in those conditions where another young glider is in need of a companion. In that case, sister is available to adopt now! Brother will be getting neutered the first week of September and ready to adopt the 2nd week. Therefore if youre wanting them as a pair, they'll be ready mid September.

I will have screening before homes are approved so be prepared to have a conversation. Ill need to verify your cage, wheel, pouches, toys, and diet brands are safe. No gliders will be going home alone unless you have another glider, a temporary cage, and have researched how to do intros. If you have questions about glider care I'm happy to educate on every level but you must be patient, ready to learn, and know its not a cheap animal to jump into. These animals are generally not good with kids. They're fast and don't like to be held still. For a mature adult however these babies will be a great age to begin bonding and see them turn into a very rewarding pet! Note that they can live upwards of 10-15years! Once again this is not a pet to jump into. If youre willing to learn how to care for them, send a message to begin the application process. The adoption fee will be $250 each if they go separately or $450 for the pair. This goes to pay for our neutering costs.
