Sunburst's Story

Sunburst has been working on socialization and tends to be content to hang out in calm and quiet locations. However, when the "ground" starts moving out from under her, she will look for safer space. She's very good at playing hide 'n seek in her enclosure and can often be found under the trees. She would be best handled by teens and adults.

Most Crested Geckos prefer not to be handled much but are fun to watch. If you do choose to handle a Crested Gecko, keep in mind that they have a tendency to jump. They are an arboreal species and must have vertical climbing space filled with plants and branches. Higher humidity levels are also essential for them to thrive.

Requirements: Proper sized vertical enclosure (minimum 18x18x24), with plenty of hiding places, proper heat, humidity, and UVB, proper diet and supplements. Not to be used as a breeder.

Resource for Crested Gecko Care: https://reptifiles.com/crested-gecko-care/

Age Disclaimer: Ages of animals are an estimate or best guess based on the information provided by previous owners. In the case of strays, there is no known age, and the current age is estimated by the size and appearance of the animal.
