Max's Story

Max is a 1.5 year old, male bearded dragon who came into our rescue on April 12 and is ready to go to his forever home. Max is a super friendly gentleman who has no problem eating all sorts of greens and bugs! In his foster home he has been offered a variety of greens including escarole, endive, dandelion greens, mustard/collard/turnip greens and more. His bugs have been a mix of crickets, dubia roaches, superworms, occasion hornworms and waxworms and he has not been picky at all! He does very well with handling and enjoys short periods of time out of his cage. This animal requires a 4'x2'x2' size enclosure. Proof of habitat will be requested at time of adoption inquiry. Christina's Reptile & Animal Sanctuary's Adoption Policy

Adopters start by reaching out with an inquiry about an animal we have posted. Then, we contact them regarding the habitat the animal will be placed in, to ensure they have the essentials and are set up for success (picture proof required). After ensuring the adopter is ready for the animal, we set up a time for them to come and meet the pet. If it seems like a good fit on both the adopter's end, as well as the rescue's end, they are able to take the animal home. All adoptions happen in Palmerton, PA. We do not ship animals.
