Jesse is a 6-7 year old, female red foot tortoise who came into our rescue on August 12. She is a little shy at first but quickly warms up and has a big personality. She gets very curious about things so she needs a good "tortoise-proof" area. <br/><br/>This animal needs an indoor enclosure of 8’x4’ due to their large size. Ideally the outside enclosure is larger for the warmer months, but an 8’x4’ size enclosure for outdoors is the minimum. Proof of habitat will be requested at time of adoption inquiry. <br/><br/>Jesse may have a home lined up, but please reach out to us if you are interested in adopting her in case something would fall through.
