Boba's Story

Meet Boba! Boba is a 6 month old milk snake. He was surrendered to our rescue, after a pet store no longer wanted him. Boba wasn’t getting any attention from customers, and the pet store couldn’t make money off of him, so he landed with us! Boba is a bit underweight, so we’re working to build his muscle and fat up. He is otherwise in great health, and receiving all the attention he deserves, in rescue with us. He’d love to find a home for Valentine’s Day. Wild Exotics Animal Refuge's Adoption Policy

Our adoption process begins with an application to help us understand the adopter’s experience, lifestyle, and ability to provide proper care. Approved applicants are asked to share photos of their enclosure/setup to ensure the animal’s needs will be met. Once everything is reviewed, we schedule an adoption arrangement and finalize the adoption with a signed agreement. Adoptions are permanent commitments, but animals must be returned to us if the placement does not work out. We also provide ongoing support and are always available to answer questions after adoption.

Wild Exotics Animal Refuge is a New Jersey 501(c)(3) non-profit exotic pet-trade sanctuary who’s mission of compassion is to rescue animals from neglectful circumstances, and advocate for the elimination of exotic breeding mills.
