Void's Story
Pellets: 1/4 cup Adult Oxbow Essentials (AM)
Hay: Unlimited mixed hay (All day)
Salad: 1x/day 1 cup spring mix, romaine lettuce, cilantro, parsley

Void arrived at SDHRS in June, 2025 and is now looking for his forever home. He is a bold and curious little explorer! Though he's not keen on being touched, he's made strides in trusting people when they are sitting or lying down.
He loves to hang out under anything with a roof-tables, plant stands, cat stands etc, and when he's not lounging, he enjoys racing around his space! Sometimes he surprises himself by bumping into things or stepping on noisy objects, which earns a dramatic stomp and a quick hop away.
Void isn't too interested in typical rabbit toys, but if food is involved, he's all in. He's also not bothered by other pets he sees through fences or glass. While he's generally calm, he will box at you if you push his boundaries, so he'll do best in a home that respects his space and lets him warm up at his own pace.

Neutered: 2/13/2025

Rabbit Hemorrhagic Disease Virus (RHDV) is a highly contagious and deadly disease that affects both wild and domestic rabbits. The virus is causing deaths in rabbits and hares native to North America and is spreading rapidly. In addition to detection of RHDV2 in wild cottontail rabbits and jackrabbits, RHDV2 has been confirmed in domestic rabbits on 50 premises, including a detection in a feral domestic rabbit. Please make sure to vaccinate your rabbits every year. For more information, please visit our website at: https://sandiegorabbits.org/education/rhdv
