Toad

Meet Toad! This young, energetic boy is one of 9 babies born in HRN's care. He has very good litterbox habits, and is super friendly with people! He currently gets his fur combed every other day, but he tends to get a bit antsy. His furever family should be dedicated to his hair routine, and we think he will get more comfortable with it as his hormones settle down! We're not sure how he'll do with kids, but he doesn't mind being picked up. He gets along with his foster family's cat, and would probably do well as a bunny bondmate. Toad is still eating baby rabbit pellets, and was recently introduced to second-cut timothy hay, which he happily munches on. His favorite treats include balsa blocks (particularly the Fun4bunnies kind) and Oxbow heart cookies. He also enjoys plastic stacking cups, pop-up tents, and cardboard boxes. Sometimes he thinks his pellet bowl is a toy that can do cool flips. He occasionally moves his expen at night, and has even escaped a few times, so he may do best as a free roam bun in a well rabbit-proofed home. He is full of loving energy and eager to hop into his furever home.
