Thumpkin's Story

Meet Thumpkin!

Thumpkin came into our care due to the lack of pet friendly housing in our area. This young bun was spoiled rotten and expects nothing less than being the king of the castle!

Thumpkin may be the softest bunny we've ever felt! With fur as soft as silk and a demeanor as sweet as pie, Thumpkin is a well-rounded bun who loves attention. He is eager to keep his mind busy with games, puzzles, tricks, and zoomies! A good snuffle mat with his pellets allows him to forage with glee, and he loves to un-stack his stacking cups to find some extra special snacks hidden inside. Thumpkin is extremely food motivated, and would likely pick up on some tricks very quickly! He's been doing a great job at litterbox training, and has learned that good potty habits help keep his space tidy.

Thumpkin is a guy who really likes to take advantage of his jumping skills. He utilizes lots of his vertical space! You will often find him jumping on a box or his other hides to get a better view, while standing proudly on his back legs to get real tall. When he isn't surveying his kingdom he is often keeping busy between his chew toys, puzzles, and breaking his personal record for "fastest sprint ending with a binky". When he is done his track practice, he will gladly come sploot on the floor next to you for some chill hangout time. He's a perfect medium of "busy bun" and "relaxed rabbit".

Thumpkin has never lived with another bun, but he would likely make a great companion for one with a proper slow introduction! He is very curious and confident, and will supply endless entertainment to not only you, but a bunny friend as well. Being as young as he is there is lots for him to learn still, but friendship is something he knows he would thrive with!

If you're looking for a sweet social bun, come pick Thumpkin from our pumpkin patch (otherwise known as the HSCC lobby)!

Visit our Adoption Center to meet your potential new best friend! Please visit the Adopt section of our website for details on the adoption process. We look forward to seeing you soon!
