Snoopy and Woodstock's Story

Snoopy & Woodstock – A Love Story Waiting for Its Happy Ending 💕

Some bunnies come into your life quietly… and then completely steal your heart. Snoopy and Woodstock are exactly that kind of pair. They are around 2-3 years old.

Woodstock first came to us a few years ago—a bright, outgoing, joyful bunny who was quickly adopted into a loving home. Sadly, due to unforeseen life circumstances, he found his way back to us. Even then, his sweet and social nature never faded. He adores other rabbits and has always had a special gift for bringing out the best in them.

We saw that magic when he was bonded with a shy girl named Georgia. He helped her blossom, and together they were something truly special. When Georgia became seriously ill, they had to be separated so she could receive care. She fought bravely, but heartbreakingly, she crossed the rainbow bridge 🌈
Woodstock felt that loss… but his story didn’t end there.

Enter Snoopy—a timid little Rex girl who came to us as a stray, unsure of the world and needing someone to show her she was safe. From the very first moment they met, it was love. Instant, undeniable, forever kind of love.

Now, Snoopy and Woodstock are inseparable.

Woodstock is a big, goofy, affectionate REW who will happily soak up attention and keep you smiling with his personality. Snoopy is his perfect complement—gentle, shy, and incredibly sweet, gaining confidence every day thanks to him. Together, they are balanced, devoted, and deeply bonded.

Despite how special they are, they’ve been waiting far too long for a home.
Their current foster will be unavailable soon due to travel and home renovations, and we are urgently looking for a loving foster—or better yet, a forever home—for this deserving pair.

They’ve both known loss. They’ve both had to start over. And somehow, they found each other.

Now they just need someone to give them the happy ending they’ve been waiting for.

Could that be you?

WE ADOPT TO INDOOR HOMES ONLY. There are simply too many dangers outside for a rabbit to thrive and survive. You are expected to make a lifetime commitment to your house rabbit, and they should be treated as an integral part of the family. The primary caregiver must be a responsible adult, and young children should always be supervised when interacting with your rabbit and instructed on proper approach and handling.

Rabbits are intelligent and social animals; they do best with a rabbit companion and need daily interaction with their human friends. They need room to play and have the freedom to run around a large area. Rabbits should be fed unlimited hay, a little high-quality hay pellets, and a fresh leafy green salad.

Your rabbit will need regular nail trims and annual vet checks. With proper care and lots of love, rabbits can live to be 10-12 years old.

Our adoption fee is $70 for a single and $130 for a pair (this helps us cover part of their spay/neuter cost). An interview, adoption application and a picture of their housing will be required before adoption.

We will NEVER separate a bonded pair. Bunnies bond for life. If the bunnies are shown together, they are bonded.

We are not adopting to homes with DOGS, we have had some bad trauma to our rabbits in the past. Their safety come first.
Please contact Angie Green at angieso1@earthlink.net

Please visit our web-site for more information. www.specialbunny.org
