Sarah's Story
*The Sanderson Sisters are a bonded trio and must be adopted together.*

Meet Mary, Sarah, and Winifred, aka. the Sanderson Sisters! This dynamic trio is anything but spooky - they're sweet, well-behaved, and tidy. They don't get into a lot of mischief, so don't let the fact that there are three of them scare you! After all, is there anything cuter than seeing three adorable rabbits cuddle together? We don't think so!

In spite of being a threesome, the Sanderson sisters are remarkably chill. They're comfortable with human and dog presence, but they mostly keep to themselves. They are very content with just each other's company, so despite being a trio, they could be a great option for someone looking for a lower-maintenance option and some extra space to make it work! Night time is playtime. They love exploring makeshift tents and enjoy tossing things around. Someone is always snacking on hay, so be sure to have a few sources to go around. They are excellent house guests that use their litter box well and aren't destructive in the slightest, but as with any rabbit, having a variety of things to chew on (cardboard, blankets, paper, chew toys, etc.) will be greatly appreciated.

Come meet the Sanderson Sisters and experience the miracle of triplets!

The Sanderson sisters are spayed, microchipped, and vaccinated against RHDV2 (vaccine needs to be administered annually). House Rabbit Society recommends all rabbits see a rabbit-savvy veterinarian once a year.

Submit an adoption application for the Sanderson sisters at houserabbit.org. House Rabbit Society is located in Richmond, California, just north of San Francisco. Questions? Email foster@houserabbit.org and we'll be happy to talk more with you!

(Art by Fiona Joy McDermott)
