ROSEY (ADULT SPAYED FEMALE) THE PERFECT PARTNER BUN's Story

Rosey is one of about 12 rabbits that were rescued from an outdoor home after their owner passed away. She has been spayed and is about 6 years old.

Rosey is the sweetest girl! A true rabbit's rabbit, We think she would do best in a home where she can find a bonded partner to be her forever-bun. She was in the process of bonding to a rabbit who tragically passed away before their love could blossom, but she was SO great with him in their short time together! Grooming on the third date, and calm as could be! She will make an excellent bunny wife to a lovely gentleman! While she is on the shy side with humans, we've seen her start to warm up by accepting treats (any type of Oxbow cookie treat she loves!) and she has gotten more eager to eat her pellets. She likes her lettuce, but will sometimes graze on it over the course of a day. Oddly enough, what she does love is a dish of critical care! We have been mixing the Emeraid brand with some water, putting that on a dish, and she just runs over to eat it up!

If you are looking for a sweet, gentle girl, she is waiting for a patient loving low-traffic home to give her all the hidey-houses and tunnels she could ever want. She is a beauty inside and out and will make a wonderful addition to the right home.

She can be fostered till adopted or to see if she is the right fit for you.

For a quick response, contact info@allaboutrabbitsrescue.org

All About Rabbits Rescue, Inc's Adoption Policy
Our adoption process serves to ensure that the rabbits entrusted in our care go to loving bun-educated forever homes. We provide an application which helps potential adopters organize their consideration on adopting a pet rabbit. Bun-education is really important to us, so we provide the latest and greatest info on rabbit care housing and various helpful tidbits that one can only get from an experienced rabbit rescue caretaker. Not sure about adopting? Ask us about fostering. AARR may be able to provide partial housing and start up supplies. We ask that our fosters help AARR by contributing daily greens, pellets and hay. Foster homes should be able to make the rabbits accessible either by allowing well screened potential adopters to visit or being able to bring them to an adoption event. ADOPTION EVENTS: We are open to the public at our regular events in a casual setting where you can meet many rabbits all at once without an appointment or prior application. Please note we DO NOT do same day adoptions. We also set up private meet-and-greets with pre-approved qualified adopters, so you don't have to wait for an event if you are interested in adoption.
