Percie: video!!'s Story

*This bunny is fully vaccinated for RHDV**<br/>Breed: mini rex<br/>Size: about 3-4 lbs<br/>DOB: About 9 months to a year old old as of March 2026<br/>Reason in rescue: Percie came in from a hoarding situation. Originally she was one of the buns the humane officer was allowing her to keep but the woman ended up giving her up because she was “biting”. Well I’d be biting too with no ears, ear infections in her ear canals, and not being spayed! All of that has been rectified and she’s now ready for a home!<br/>Personality: When Percie first got here she didn’t know how to “get love.” She was scared of hands and would whimper but she’d drop herself down onto the ground the minute she got touched and petted in utter bunny happiness. She’s learned over the last few weeks she can get love anytime she wants and she loves it. She will take a day or two to get to trust you but once she does she loves being petted and getting affection and will push her face into your mouth for kisses. She is great with her litter box! Because of Percie’s background, we recommend older kids/adults only and we recommend an adopter who is able to regularly clean and check her ears since there is no protective outer ear, which could potentially allow dirt in. We don’t know how she ended up losing her ears, whether it was from frostbite, her mom chewing them off, or just that she was born with it but it doesn’t seem to affect her and she hears well! She really is a great girl!<br/>Friends: She is a good candidate to be bonded to a neutered male.<br/>Requirements: Must be adopted as an indoor animal, with an as large as possible plastic bottomed cage or puppy pen (minimum 4' x 2' for a single, 4 x 4 for a pair). Adoption process: An adoption application must be filled out (http://www.judgespark.org/adoption-application.html), and approved by us. Then we will arrange a meeting time to see the animal of interest. A home visit is required prior to adoption (but can be waived if pictures or video are supplied of where the bunny will be living). Suggested adoption donation is $100 which includes her spay, vaccine, and microchip.

**Please scroll down on any animal you are interested in and read their profile thoroughly. It tells all relevant information on the animal and also how you can begin the adoption process!** If interested in adopting an animal from Judge's Park, you must first fill out our adoption application at https://www.judgespark.org/adoption-application.html. Once we get that completed and sent to us we can set up a visit to see the animal you are interested in. We cannot set up visits before we receive the application. Judge's Park does not have open hours and animals are visited by appointment only. No exceptions! Rabbits and cats require a home visit prior to adoption. We may or may not ask you of a picture of your cage and set up if adopting another type of animal. We have the right to refuse adoption to ANYONE. Adoption appointments, surrenders, or other visits are at the time scheduled. Not before and not after. If you arrive early, we ask that you wait in your car until your appointment time. If you will be over 30 minutes late, we ask that you reschedule for another day. We cannot schedule appointments after 6:30 in the evening. No calls no shows will NOT be rescheduled. Please be respectful of the people who take their time to run this rescue and their personal time that could be spent with their families. We strive to adopt animals to the best home that we can find for them. Many of them have been neglected, abandoned, and abused, and we will not allow them to be returned to such an environment. If we do not think a home is suitable, we will not place an animal in that home. All of our animals are adopted out as indoors only! If we are able, the animal will be spayed/neutered prior to adoption (all cats and rabbits). No animal will ever be adopted out for breeding. If you do not live close to us and are interested in an animal, we do work with transports. Pictures and/or video in lieu of a home visit may be required. All questions can be directed to judges.park@yahoo.com
