Peace's Story

Hi everyone! My name is Peace and I was at the shelter since October 2024 with no interest. Hopefully my time will now come since I have been pulled into the rescue.

I am a chunky dignified lady who doesn’t ask for much in life. I love relaxing in my hidey house and taking naps. I have already been spayed and using my litterbox well.

At the moment, I am learning to trust humans. I appreciate gentle pets but will only eat treats and greens if they are left in the xpen for me. There is no mean bone in me - I am just a little shy and need someone to understand me.

I would probably do well as a bonding mate for a neutered male bunny. I was sadly another stray bun, so who knows what I had been through before coming to the shelter and then making my way to the rescue.

Unfortunately, white buns with the pink eyes and all black buns tend to be the most overlooked and hardest to find homes for but please know they are some of the sweetest and smartest of all the rabbit breeds. They are almost every rescues favorite breed as well as their fosters and volunteers.

Would you consider opening your heart and home to a pretty girl like me?

I would probably do well as a bonding mate for a neutered male bunny. I was sadly another stray bun, so who knows what I had been through before coming to the shelter and then making my way to the rescue.
