Meadow (bonded to Brook)'s Story
Our names are Meadow & Brooke.

We were born at the shelter on April 25, 2023. I am the lovable brown and white bunny who's here to add a dash of sweetness to your life. I am bonded with my sister, Meadow.

Meadow: who has striking black and white fur, I'm often compared to the classic Oreo cookie. But I promise, I'm much sweeter! My endearing eyes twinkle with innocence, and my twitchy little nose is always sniffing out new adventures.

Brook, a demure, brown and white bunny girl. I'm a little on the shy side, but my heart is as big as they come. I was born at the shelter on April 25, 2023. I am bonded with my sister, Meadow. I'm the quiet one in our duo, often taking the back seat when it comes to seeking attention. But don't mistake my shyness for indifference. I'm incredibly observant and caring.

My soft, brown and white coat may blend in with the background, but it's a reflection of my gentle nature. My eyes, although a bit reserved, hold a world of curiosity.

So, if you're looking to bring a bit of quiet love and a sisterly connection into your life, Meadow and I are the perfect pair. We may be shy, but our hearts are overflowing with affection for the right family. Together, we'll bring a sense of peace, harmony, and a whole lot of sweetness into your home.

WE ADOPT TO INDOOR HOMES ONLY. There are simply too many dangers outside for a rabbit to thrive and survive. You are expected to make a lifetime commitment to your house rabbit, and they should be treated as an integral part of the family. The primary caregiver must be a responsible adult, and young children should always be supervised when interacting with your rabbit and instructed on proper approach and handling.

Rabbits are intelligent and social animals; they do best with a rabbit companion and need daily interaction with their human friends. Rabbits should be fed unlimited hay, a little high-quality hay pellets, and a fresh leafy green salad.

Your rabbit will need regular nail trims and annual vet checks. With proper care and lots of love, rabbits can live to be 10-12 years old.

Our adoption fee is $70 for a single and $130 for a pair (this helps us cover part of their spay/neuter cost). An interview, adoption application and a picture of their housing will be required before adoption.

We will NEVER separate a bonded pair. Bunnies bond for life. If the bunnies are shown together, they are bonded.

We are not adopting to homes with dogs, we have had some bad trauma to our rabbits in the past. Their safety come first.
Please contact Angie Green at angieso1@earthlink.net

Please visit our web-site for more information. www.specialbunny.org
