Linus's Story

Linus was surrendered by his family due to lack of time.

His owner was also unknowingly keeping him in a cage rather than an exercise pen. This habitat upgrade makes a world of difference! She was finding the upkeep draining and in a cage we agree. Nothing is easier than cleaning an exercise pen. Had she implemented the pen idea I am sure Linus would still be in his original home.

Brought back from a breeder in the south, Linus is about a year old. Extremely friendly!

We also require a signed adoption contract with the understanding that the animal is to be returned to us if no longer wanted. The prospective adopter will need to have a phone interview with us and provide a veterinary reference if possible, plus one to two personal references. Lastly we require a home visit, which may sometimes be completed virtually, to check the habitat set up.
