Lilah "Lil"'s Story

Must adopt with bond mate, ChayaHi there! My name is Lilah or Lil for short. I'm a friendly and adventurous bunny. I live with my sister, Chaya or Chi Chi, which is her nickname. We're a bonded pair that needs to be adopted together. We've been described as "the sweetest bunnies" you'll ever meet, and we're on the lookout for the perfect forever home.

I'm the curious and adventurous one in our duo. Exploring is my passion, so being held isn't really my favorite thing. There's just so much to see and do! However, that doesn't mean I don't enjoy attention. I'm always seeking it from my foster family, and I love it when they interact with me.

Life is an exciting adventure every day for us! We have plenty of fun running around and playing. Our foster family allows us to free roam for hours, which is just fantastic. We're both litter box trained, but it's important to bunny proof the area and have lots of chew toys and cardboard available. You see, we love to chew on everything to keep our teeth in shape.

By the way, have you tried Romaine lettuce? It's our absolute favorite snack. The crunchiness is simply delightful! Oh, and did I mention that we get along well with dogs? We've had positive experiences with them. As for older and considerate children, we do just fine with them too. However, we've never met a cat before, so we're not sure what they look like.

We're eagerly hoping to meet our forever family soon. If you're looking for two adorable and loving bunnies to add to your home, Chi Chi and I are ready to bring joy and companionship into your life. Let's embark on this wonderful journey together!

*RRMN requires all children be 10+ years old for first time bunny owners and 8+ for those with previous bunny experience. All applications are reviewed

on a case-by-case basis.*

If you're interested, please fill out an adoption application at: http://www.rabbitrescueofmn.com.

Gender: Female

Approximate birthdate: 5/4/2020

Approximate weight: 5.14 pounds

Adoption fee for Pair: $160.00 (+tax)

RRMN bunnies are all vetted, spayed/neutered, and RHDV2 vaccinated. All bunnies are fostered in private homes where they are socialized and ready to become indoor companion house pets. RRMN is a non-profit rescue group operated 100% by volunteers, and 100% of donations/adoption fees go to the direct care of our animals. Due to their very special behavioral needs, we do not advocate for our rescue rabbits to serve as Emotional Support Animals (ESAs). We are unable to provide any documentation or certification for an ESA.

If you have any questions or are interested in meeting or adopting this bunny, the first step is to complete an adoption application found on our website: http://www.rabbitrescueofmn.com. For the safety of our rescue bunnies, our protocol requires a home-visit before placement. Therefore, we are unable to facilitate adoptions that exceed an hour and a half of travel time from the Twin Cities area.

3/3/26 3:52 AM
