Must have a current state-approved identification card or driver’s license.<br/><br/>3. Must not be banned from future adoptions as a result of a court order.<br/><br/>4. If renting, must provide a pet addendum.<br/><br/>5. Must provide details of the bunny’s living situation (cages and hutches are not permitted).<br/><br/>6. Applicants may be subject to a home check and must pass an adoption screening.<br/><br/>7. Must pay an adoption fee of $150.<br/><br/>8.
