She was rescued on March 4, 2025 from the back yard of a Norco home. A nearby resident released three buns to fend for themselves and she was one of them. She was spayed on March 30, 2025.. Her estimated date of birth is May 2024.<br/><br/>She's been through a lot surviving outside, but her spirit remains as gentle and loving as ever. Now, she knows she's safe so her personality is starting to shine!<br/><br/>Despite her difficult past, Harper is trusting, curious and enjoys her head rubs! With her Silver Marten charm, she will make a wonderful companion for a kind and patient adopter.<br/><br/>She is friendly, always at the edge of her bunny bungalow looking for attention, easy to handle and tooth purrs.<br/><br/>Harper should start out living in an exercise pen (x-pen) otherwise known as a puppy pen. She can have that as her home base or transition to a room or a section of a room or free roaming. A cage/hutch is not recommended unless the door is open and an x-pen can be placed around it.<br/><br/>Please be over 21 if inquiring about a rabbit.<br/><br/>Harper can be seen by appointment in Lake Elsinore after a questionnaire is completed or a phone consultation conducted. On adoption day, plan to spend approximately one hour at the rescue going over paperwork and general rabbit care information. <br/><br/>PLEASE consult with the rescue before you purchase rabbit supplies so you can be directed to the least expensive and most appropriate rabbit essentials, especially if you’ve never had the pleasure of owning a rabbit!
