Gruyere's Story

Friendly and confident, Gruyere is not shy at all and thrives on interaction. He can be a little enthusiastic about attention-sometimes nibbling on his pen or giving a thump when he knows you're nearby and wants out to explore. Once he's had his time to run around, he's perfectly content, even when the family is away during the day.

Gruyere loves exploring his environment and checking out new spots. His favorite hangouts include cozy crawl spaces under furniture, behind shelves, or even perched on top of a laundry basket, couch, or kids' table. While he's not much of a chewer, he does enjoy cardboard, toys, and has a particular curiosity about one coffee mug! He's curious, clever, and would likely enjoy learning a few simple tricks.

This charming, playful boy has been a joy to foster and would make a wonderful companion-especially for first-time rabbit owners looking for a friendly, engaging, and family-oriented bunny.

Gruyere is ready to bring lots of love, laughs, and personality to his forever home!

[Gruyere is neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated against RHDV2 (vaccine needs to be administered annually). House Rabbit Society recommends all rabbits see a rabbit-savvy veterinarian once a year.

Submit an adoption application for Gruyere at houserabbit.org.
