Gandalf's Story

Meet Gandalf, aka “Mr. Affectionate!” Once he's comfortable with someone, he can't wait to be friends. He'll push his furry nose into your face, and sometimes he'll just rest his face against yours and tooth purr, and sometimes he'll give you little kisses! Snuggle him back, give him pets and kisses, and prepare to stay there awhile, nose to nose, as his heart fills with happiness. Congratulations! You now have a new best friend!

Gandalf has done well on his bunny dates. He loves meeting other rabbits. We think it would be wonderful for Gandalf to be adopted with a bondmate.

Gandalf's a sensitive soul, in part because of his early misfortunes, so he'll do best in a quiet home, with an experienced owner who is fluent in bunny communication, and who has the love and patience to learn his dialect. Gandalf loves exploring, so he needs a carefully bunny-proofed home where he has free roam time, as well as dedicated space that he knows is just for him, such as an expen and hidey house. He has excellent litter box habits, and loves snacking on timothy cubes and cat scratchers, with an affinity for picking apart home-made cardboard food puzzles.
