Eloise's Story

Hello! My name is Eloise, and I just might be the sweetest and friendliest bunny in the whole world.
If you’re looking for a bunny you can cuddle, hold, and shower with kisses, then I’m the perfect bunny for you because I want affection all the time! My favorite place to be is right next to my people, soaking up all the love and attention I can get.
I warm up to people very quickly, and once I do, we’re best friends for life. Whatever you’re doing, I want to be involved. Cleaning the house? Working on a project? Folding laundry? I’ll be right behind you, hopping along to supervise and help however I can. After all, that’s what best friends do!
Every morning you’ll wake up to find my beautiful face waiting at my enclosure door, complete with my adorable crooked smile. The moment you open the door, I’ll dash out and give a happy little thump of my foot to say, “Good morning!”
After that, it’s time for my daily adventures. I’ll happily explore the house, investigating anything new, and see what everyone is up to. Once my curiosity is satisfied, I’ll be ready for cuddles and snuggles. And if you’re finished cuddling before I am, that’s okay! I’ll simply plop my bunny butt down on the couch beside you so we can relax and watch TV together.
I’m also a big fan of treats, pellets, fresh salads, and my edible Timothy hay hut. Once I’ve had my fill of food, explored the house, and collected plenty of cuddles, you’ll usually find me stretched out fast asleep, enjoying a long afternoon nap.
And let’s not forget how beautiful I am! I have a gorgeous white coat, striking blue eyes, and the cutest little crooked mouth. My right eye is framed by a black ring of fur, while my left eye has a soft tan ring, making me truly one of a kind.
I have a feeling I’ll be a popular girl, so don’t wait too long. Adopt me fast—I may not be available for long!

If you think I sound interesting, send an email to MCRS at --> info@mncompanionrabbit.org

You can complete an application at --> https://www.mncompanionrabbit.org/adoption-application

All MCRS rabbits are sterilized, microchipped, and vaccinated against RHDV2. Thank you for being interested in adopting a homeless rabbit!

Minnesota Companion Rabbit Society's Adoption Policy
Rabbits available through the Minnesota Companion Rabbit Society are all homeless rabbits taken in through partnerships with local animal shelters and animal control facilities. The rabbits have been examined by veterinarians, are sterilized and are currently cared for by private foster homes. The goal of the MCRS adoption program is to match these rabbits with families like yours to best accommodate the needs and interest of both. The MCRS adoption process includes an application, a phone interview, and a meeting with the rabbit(s) you are interested in. The adoption fee for a single rabbit is $100 (plus tax), and a bonded pair fee is $165 (plus tax). This fee is nonrefundable because adoption fees help to cover costs involved in caring for a rabbit prior to his/her adoption. Each rabbit receives RHDV2 vaccinations and spay/neuter surgery. In addition to daily care, foster rabbits benefit from socialization and litter-box training during their stay with MCRS. We are located in the Twin Cities metro area in Minnesota. We do not ship rabbits and must meet all adopters in person. If you are interested in adopting a rabbit, please email us to receive an application and other rabbit adoption and care materials. Thank you for your interest in adopting a homeless rabbit!
