Dixie is beautiful, with lots of love to give and personality galore! Dixie and her sister Emmy Jo are kind of like the dogs of the bunny world. They're ridiculously friendly and social. <br/><br/>Dixie and Emmy Jo love to greet people that are around. They only came to the shelter because their care takes a good deal of time. Animal Rescue League of New Hampshire's Adoption Policy

All adoptions are done on an appointment only basis, for specific animals. No animals have multiple families visiting them at one time, this wouldn't be fair to them or for you. Because of this, we do not book out appointment more than 24-48 hours in advance. We are CLOSED for browsing at this time to keep the stress level of the animals in our care as low as possible. Thank you for your understanding! We DONT have online applications, we prefer to have a open line of communication with our potential adopters. Our process is more educational based. Our adoption counselors will be able to tell you if the animal you're interested in will be able to go home the same day.
