Curly's Story

Joe and Curly are an adorable pair of bonded brothers who truly do everything side by side - sleeping, playing, exploring, and even eating in perfect synchronization. Watching them snuggle or hop around together is pure joy.
Joe is the confident "big brother," always the first to investigate something new and quietly
reassure Curly that everything is okay. Curly is a little more reserved at first, but he takes his
cues from Joe and blossoms once he feels safe.
Once settled in, Joe and Curly reveal themselves to be friendly, affectionate, playful, and
inquisitive. Treats are the fastest way to their hearts. Offer a snack and you're instantly their
best friend. They love romaine lettuce, freeze-dried banana treats, and really aren't picky eaters at all. Puzzle treats, tunnels, and anything safe to chew on are huge favorites, and they're known for enthusiastically tossing toys around during playtime.
These boys are also wonderfully easy companions. They have excellent litter box habits, no real behavioral challenges, and appear very healthy and happy. They're completely fine with cats and dogs, though they may give an occasional thump if another pet gets too rowdy nearby.
Joe and Curly would thrive in a calm, loving home with gentle humans. These boys are two deeply bonded, endlessly entertaining rabbits whose love for each other is as heartwarming as their growing affection for their people. If you're looking for double the love, double the fun, and a pair that will melt your heart every day, Joe and Curly are ready to meet you.
Joe and Curly are neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated against RHDV2 (vaccine needs to be administered annually). House Rabbit Society recommends all rabbits see a rabbit-savvy veterinarian once a year.

Submit an adoption application for them at houserabbit.org. House Rabbit Society is located in Richmond, California, just north of San Francisco. Questions? Email foster@houserabbit.org and we'll be happy to talk more with you!
