COTTON's Story

Cotton (A137967) is a Rabbit who weighed 7.13 lbs on intake! 08/31/26 Cotton has been returned to the shelter due to no fault of his own! His previous owners simlpy could not care for him any more and so he's back ready to find someone who can appreciate is quite friendly nature! Cotton does well with nail trims, enjoys his hay, pellets, and treats! He's done well with children, stangers, adults, and SOME dogs. It is always important to do slow and controlled introductions with all new relationships. If this sounds like the friend for you than please give the shelter a call! 04/02/25 These little friends are eagerly waiting to hop into their new homes! IF you are unfamiliar with rabbit care, we encourage you to research prior to adoption. Rabbits can make excellent pets but do have specific care needs. They should have unlimited access to hay for their teeth and gi health, a measured amount of pellet food daily, and fresh greens. Providing your rabbit with plenty of space to hop around and explore, as well as appropriate enrichment/chews, is important for a good quality of life. Making sure you are rabbit-proofing your home is important prior to allowing them to explore, as rabbits like to chew on everything/anything they can get their mouths on! Rabbits can also be litterbox trained! If you are interested in meeting any of these adorable bun buns, please let us know!
