Cleopatra's Story
Cleopatra spent the first 10 months of her life never knowing if she would need to fend for herself outside or be chased by unneutered male bunnies inside. It was on the whims of an ignorant and careless owner.

When we caught Cleopatra on the streets of New Egypt, the owner denied that the rabbit was theirs and then promptly closed the door. Cleopatra was better off without them! With toes and nails ground down to the quick and bleeding from running on the concrete and asphalt streets, anemic from the ticks feeding on her blood and overall distrust of humans - this poor girl had the cards stacked against her.

Fast forward a few months and Cleopatra, Queen of the House Bunnies, has a whole new life and a whole different personality to go with it. Cleo gets all the loving from her foster family who has shown her how people can be gentle and understanding. She's found a special friend in a teenage boy who makes her DIY toys and houses. She enjoys spending time on the floor with the family. And when she gets a bit frightened or unsettled, she is comforted or corrected by the humans she has grown to trust.

Cleo loves treats, greens and pets, but still doesn't enjoy having all four of her bunny feet off the ground which is a-ok. She'd do well with a bunny boy to call her hus-bun or as a solo bun in a family with no young kids.

Ready to treat Cleopatra like the queen she is?
