Blue and Jack's Story

Blue is a sweet, outgoing bunny, and her best friend Jack, also known as Gentleman Jack, is calm and gentle. They balance each other perfectly and make an adorable pair, despite coming from very different backgrounds.

Blue was abandoned in Marrero, and we still don’t know why anyone would let her go. Jack came from Kenner Park; we first rescued him a couple of years ago. All of his brothers found wonderful homes, and Jack did too, initially to be bonded with another female bunny. That bond didn’t work out, but his foster and I have been patiently helping him find the perfect match.

We are thrilled that Blue and Jack have found each other. Bunnies thrive in pairs, and starting with two is often the best way to ensure they’re happy and balanced. We couldn’t be happier for their future together.

If you’d like to meet me, stop by Jefferson Feed (corner of Jefferson Hwy. and Central Ave.). We kindly ask that visits be made earlier in the day, as the last hour before closing is reserved for medications and end-of-day care.

Rabbit Adoption Fee is $60 includes that all animals are Spayed/Neutered, up-to-date on vaccines and microchipped. $120 for both Blue and Jack.

Please note: this application is view-only in Dropbox and must be downloaded to your device to be completed.
