Biscuit (bonded to Cinnamon)'s Story
Pellets: 1x/day 1/4 cup Adult Oxbow Essentials (AM)
Hay: Unlimited mixed hay (All day)
Salad: 1x/day 1 cup spring mix, romaine lettuce, cilantro, parsley (PM)

Biscuit was relinquished to SDHRS with her bonded partner Cinnamon in October 2025. Biscuit is a beautiful brown lop-eared rabbit who has the tendency to climb on her humans during pen cleaning duty. She's curious and completely adorable - the kind of bunny who knows what she wants and isn't shy about letting you know.

Biscuit is the quieter of the bonded pair, and we are still getting to know her better. Together, they have been good at using their litterbox and keeping their space clean. They are also both spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped.

Rabbit Hemorrhagic Disease Virus (RHDV) is a highly contagious and deadly disease that affects both wild and domestic rabbits. The virus is causing deaths in rabbits and hares native to North America and is spreading rapidly. In addition to detection of RHDV2 in wild cottontail rabbits and jackrabbits, RHDV2 has been confirmed in domestic rabbits on 50 premises, including a detection in a feral domestic rabbit. Please make sure to vaccinate your rabbits every year. For more information, please visit our website at: https://sandiegorabbits.org/education/rhdv
