Bing's Story

Must adopt with bond mate, Chandler

Hi there, I’m Bing! I’m a sleek black Satin Rex rabbit with a serious love for movement and mischief. I live with my bond mate Chandler, and we’re a tight pair so we must be adopted together.

I’m always on the go—whether it’s darting out of my pen to explore new corners or spinning in excitement before dinner. If there’s a tunnel nearby, you’ll probably find me poking my head out of it or curled up inside for a nap. I’ve got a thing for squeezing through tight spaces and running through anything that looks like a challenge.

I do like a bit more attention than Chandler does, but I’m not needy. I enjoy having you around, especially if you’re offering apple sticks or greens, but I’m perfectly fine doing my own thing too. I’m curious and social, but I don’t demand constant interaction.

My favorite part of the day is when I get to roam outside the pen. I’m not destructive—I just like to explore. I’ve never been around kids or dogs, so I’m not sure how I’d do around them, and cats don’t really hold my interest. I’ll glance at them, then move on to something more exciting. Forage toys are starting to catch my attention, though stacking cups haven’t done much for me.

I’m easygoing and rarely stressed. My routine is simple: pellets in the morning, greens in the evening, and playtime whenever it happens. I get brushed once a week, and tolerate pets well, but there are so many other fun things that I would rather be doing! I’m a great eater and will happily take any treat you offer, especially apple sticks. My litter habits are solid, though I do drop a few poops around the pen now and then—still working on that.

If you’re looking for a spunky pair of buns to brighten your home, Chandler & I might just be the ones for you.

*RRMN requires all children be 10+ years old for first time bunny owners and 8+ for those with previous bunny experience. All applications are reviewed

on a case-by-case basis.*

If you're interested, please fill out an adoption application at: http://www.rabbitrescueofmn.com.

Gender: Male

Approximate birthdate: 3/28/2025

Approximate weight: 3.33 pounds

Adoption fee for Pair: $160.00 (+tax)

RRMN bunnies are all vetted, spayed/neutered, and vaccinated. All bunnies are fostered in private homes where they are socialized and ready to become indoor companion house pets. RRMN is a non-profit rescue group operated 100% by volunteers, and 100% of donations/adoption fees go to the direct care of our animals. Due to their very special behavioral needs, we do not advocate for our rescue rabbits to serve as Emotional Support Animals (ESAs). We are unable to provide any documentation or certification for an ESA.

If you have any questions or are interested in meeting or adopting this bunny, the first step is to complete an adoption application found on our website: http://www.rabbitrescueofmn.com. For the safety of our rescue bunnies, our protocol requires a home-visit before placement. Therefore, we are unable to facilitate adoptions that exceed an hour and a half of travel time from the Twin Cities area.
